The Red Fox – BOH & FOH Positions

The Red Fox, a new restaurant, bar, and cocktail lounge, is opening in the North End. The concept is a sexy basement restaurant reminiscent of 70s & 80s era red sauce Italian joints with a strong cocktail and wine program.

All Day Hospitality group is the team behind Tony & Elaine’s, Ciao Roma, Farmacia, and others.

We are looking for Servers, Bartenders, Server Assistants, and Host’s. As well as all Line Cook and Prep Cook positions.

We are aiming to open around May 17th , 2024.

THE SERVER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a passion for food & wine.
  • Experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant as a server.
  • Impeccable service standards and attention to detail.
  • Clean work habits and personal grooming.
  • Resourceful and well-organized.
  • Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to read write and communicate effectively in English.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends

HOST/HOSTESS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a high volume, casual to fine dining restaurant.
  • Open Table knowledge a plus.
  • Friendly, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude.
  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance with the ability to interact with All Day Hospitality Group patrons and team members.
  • Resourceful, well-organized & possesses attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends.

RUNNER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant as a runner or busser.
  • Ability to carry multiple plates to tables with ease, efficiency, and poise.
  • Impeccable service standards and attention to detail.
  • Must possess positive energy and a sense of urgency when needed.
  • Clean work habits pride in appearance and attention to personal grooming.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively

LINE COOK/ PREP COOK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant setting.
  • Clean work habits and attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and well-organized.
  • Friendly, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to think quickly on their feet and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
