The renowned Boston restaurant group behind Fin Point Oyster Bar & Grille, Tradesman Coffee Shops, and Urban Wild is expanding to our newest concept, AMBER ROAD. This fine dining establishment in the heart of the financial district will combine the ultimate, elevated guest experience with exceptional offerings from the kitchen & bar program.
We are seeking experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, and hospitality-focused individuals to build out our front-of-house staff. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a love for hospitality, we want to meet you!
Bartenders: At least 2 years in a similar high volume full-service restaurant. Previous experience with jigger pouring is preferred. You must be able to accurately free pour as well. Our bar teams must be passionate about hospitality and our guests’ experience along with working in a fun and upbeat environment.
Servers: At least 1 year experience in a similar high volume full-service restaurant. Understanding of delivering Steps of Service to our guests to deliver the best dining experience is key. A passion to work collaboratively in a team environment is a must.
Hosts: Experience is preferred but not required. Our host team will be the first and last person our guests encounter. Warm, friendly, and engaging are a must. Experience with OpenTable will help increase your hourly wage.
