We are seeking a Floor Manager with a fervent passion for the culinary arts and beverage culture, who will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue while upholding our commitment to excellence. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including overseeing daily operations of both the restaurant and events. From managing inventory and labor resources to leading staff training initiatives and culinary programming, the Floor Manager will also be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge F&B technology platforms to enhance efficiency and guest experiences.
