You can take some of the mystery out of your culinary endeavors with a bit of guidance from chef Sarah Wade; the owner of Stillwater and Sloane’s will be sharing some of her hard-earned wisdom and a few tips and tricks at her Cooking Secrets Series. Sign up for the upcoming session, scheduled for Tuesday, April 30th, to learn all about potato gnocchi and ricotta gnudi. Wade will start with the basics (like what’s the difference between the two) before a demo, followed by dinner. You’ll have a chance to take notes and ask all your gnocchi/gnudi-related questions before sitting down to a three-course prix fixe paired with wines. The class and dinner cost $85 per person. Sign up online here and plan on being in your seat, notebook in hand, Stillwater by 6:30pm for a fun and informative (and tasty, too!) night out.
