Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your exceptional bartending skills, attention to detail, and ability to craft innovative and delicious cocktails will contribute to our reputation as a top destination in the city.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, sakes, and spirits, while ensuring quality and consistency
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in good working condition
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices
- Collaborate with the kitchen and servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge of all things beverage
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant or bar
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktail recipes, and beverage trends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious drinks
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
