Hopewell Bar & Kitchen, a cocktail-forward American bistro located in the heart of Allston, is currently seeking a full-time experienced bartender to join our squad.
Developed and maintained by industry veteran Marcus Duhame, the bar program at Hopewell succeeds at walking the fine line between carefully curated, and the high volume one expects in a Boston neighborhood known for its nightlife. We strive to create a dynamic, supportive work environment focused on professional growth and staff retention. With a couple dashes of irreverence tossed in for flavor.
Our expectation from any potential candidate is full-time day and evening availability (at least 4 shifts per week), a willingness to collaborate, and a strong sense of professionalism.
Compensation for a full-time member of the bar staff matches or exceeds market value for a dine-in establishment of our capacity and business volume.
