Forage is looking for a humble, ego-free full time server/bartender with some bartending experience who has a genuinely positive attitude and sense of urgency; who is dependable, focused and hospitality-driven.
The bar at Forage has a focus on local spirits and works closely with small producers throughout New England & New York. They have a strong connection to seasonal ingredients and work hand in hand with the kitchen to create unique drinks. For them, creativity and flavor are more important than style. Above all, they seek to create a comfortable space for their patrons and an enjoyable working environment for all their staff.
You should have a few years of experience in a like-minded restaurant, be passionate about food and beverage and be able to work quickly & calmly while still maintaining a high level of service. A love for hospitality and a desire to learn about local food are a must. Ideal candidates work well in a team environment and are excited to discover new seasonal menu items and craft cocktails in a fast-paced and fun/positive atmosphere.
