We are seeking a resolute and experienced individual to join our team as a floor manager. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to excellence, hospitality, and innovation. Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shift operations
- Helping to set the level of guest service we strive for
- Assist team members on the floor during peak times
- Ensuring proper steps of service are being followed across all FOH positions
- Complete knowledge of all offered food and beverage items, including their ingredients and allergens
- Exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Assisting with developing existing or proposing new promotions and initiatives; not limited to beverage, marketing, food, and sales incentives
- Ensuring all aspects of FOH operations are being performed daily
- Onboard, coordinate, schedule and assist with training of all FOH hires
- Produce continuing education for pre-shift meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a full-service restaurant
- No management experience required; we will train the right person
- Self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with mentoring team members, staff training, scheduling, POS operations, and reservation platforms
