Summer Shack is a vibrant and beloved New England seafood restaurant, blending a rich tradition of quality & fresh ingredients, with a fun, laid-back atmosphere. Known for our fresh fish, lobster, raw bar, oysters, and craft tiki cocktails, we’ve become a staple of the Boston area seafood scene! We’re currently seeking enthusiastic bartenders, hosts, and servers to join our team!
Waitstaff: As a member of our serving team at Summer Shack, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to ensure our guests’ dining experience is one to remember! Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area. We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals who are passionate about food and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience of at least 1 year
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work holidays as needed, and flexibility with scheduling
