The Lyons Group is looking for a lead bartender for one of their fine dining locations. Qualified candidates are hardworking,, team players with excellent communication skills. They are looking for people who can not only deliver warm and genuine hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment but can also lead a team. Candidates should possess an infectiously positive attitude, a commitment to their own continued growth and development, and be prepared to work to create memorable experiences for their guests.
Qualified candidates must have:
- 1-2 years experience in a F&B supervisory role preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person and by email and text
- Must have basic POS knowledge
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment providing courteous service and engaging the guests in conversation
- Must be creative
