Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, often serving as the first point of contact.
- Monitor guest activity discreetly, intervening courteously in case of disturbances or concerns.
- Respond promptly and calmly to emergencies, coordinating evacuations and collaborating with authorities if necessary.
- Conduct regular patrols or remain stationed at post, maintaining a friendly presence while ensuring safety protocols are upheld.
- Assist in removing disruptive guests with diplomacy and tact, preserving the dining experience for others.
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or security experience preferred but not needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support restaurant operations.
