SRV – Service Manager

SRV, a Venetian inspired neighborhood restaurant, is seeking a Service Manager to join their team. A 2017 James Beard Award Semi-finalist for Best New Restaurant and Boston Magazine’s Best Italian and Best Restaurant Wedding Venue in 2022, SRV focuses on modern interpretations of classic Venetian/Italian dishes. SRV’s beverage program features an all-Italian wine list and an Italian-cetric bar program. In addition to our nightly dinner service, SRV is proud to offer a myriad of event offerings and enjoys celebrating major personal and professional milestones with our event guests. The Service Manager role encompasses many aspects of the day to day operation and execution of SRV’s front of house team. The Service Manager role is responsible for the continued success of the Front of House staff. Ideal candidates will have an innate sense of hospitality, empathy and humility coupled with a desire to lead. Applicants should have strong organizational and communication skills. Prior management experience is preferred but not required.
