Supper Subscription from Flour


If you’ve ever been stumped on what to make for dinner (who hasn’t?) let chef Joanne Chang take over one night a month with Flour’s new Dinner & Provisions Club. Each month the team will put together a fresh, homemade, multi-course family meal with everything you need to feed two or four people, including a curated baking kit, rotating entree, accompanying side, gourmet pastry, fresh bread loaf, plus a bonus secret treat. Check out some of the upcoming menus below, which includes Chicken Parm and a Pop Tarts kit; Roast Chicken & Mashed Potatoes with a Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie kit; and Zucchini and Eggplant Rollatini with a Raspberry Crumb Bar kit. Don’t worry if you’re not a gourmet chef, either, because everything comes with detailed chef’s notes and prep instructions — all you have to do is assemble and serve.

Subscriptions cost $75 for two people, and $150 for four, plus you can add on a rotating pizza of the month for $17 and a beverage bundle of one 12oz bag of Flour’s coffee beans + one rotating flavored beverage syrup for $20. You can either pick up your kits on the last Thursday and Friday of each month, or have them delivered in the greater Boston area (they go about as far as Arlington, Newtonville, and Ashmont) for an extra $15. Get yourself signed up here; once you’re in the system you’ll get an email and text message at the beginning of each month with the fulfillment dates for the corresponding month, and you can pause or cancel your membership anytime.
