Joseph-Jibril Wine Dinner in Dedham

Joseph-Jibril

Here’s a great excuse to check out Few & Far in Dedham: their very first wine dinner on Thursday, May 23rd featuring a visit from Jaam Moynihan, winemaker at the charming Healdsburg, California winery Joseph-Jibril. It’s an apt choice of producers for the first special event at the all-new eatery in Dedham Square as the winemakers and restaurateurs share similar origin stories — Bobby Huff and Jaam Moynihan met working in the cellar at Kosta Browne and decided to launch a micro-winery, and Stan Hilbert and chef Eric Cooper met while working at Ten Tables in JP and decided to open their own first restaurant, the small-but-mighty Forage in Cambridge.

Joseph-Jibril works with exquisite organic Sonoma County fruit to make lively, delicious wines with minimal intervention, just the way Hilbert and Cooper like them, and you can try the wines for yourself with a three-course meal and four wine pairings starting at 7:00pm. Dinner costs $110 per person (plus a service fee) and you can snap up your spots here — if you’re interested don’t sleep on it because there are only 16 seats at the communal table. If you have any Qs you can give them a call at 781.747.7142 and be sure to follow them on Instagram for updates.
