Belgian beer lovers, mark your calendars for Saturday, May 18th when The Tip Tap Room hosts the Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza. Head to Beacon Hill to catch chef Brian Poe’s team as they pour up six different variants of Tilquin’s finest fruit lambics all day starting at 11:00am. Bring an appetite to match your thirst, too, because every draft will be paired with some tasty bites from the kitchen, which will be carefully crafted to bring out the best of each brew.

If you’re not in the know, Tilquin is the only blendry in Belgium that’s allowed to blend one-, two-, and three-year-old lambics with wort acquired from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin, and Cantillon breweries, so you really do not want to miss your chance to taste these rare beers.
