Job Summary: As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated service staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure a high level of service.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Monitor and manage overall restaurant cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Guest Experience:

  • Uphold the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality by ensuring guests receive outstanding service.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and exceed customer expectations.

Financial Management:

  • Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, including food and labor expenses.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
