The Salty Pig – Restaurant Manager

The Salty Pig is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team. Located at the intersection of Boston’s South End and Back Bay neighborhoods, The Salty Pig has been serving its devoted neighborhood regulars for over 13 years!

The Salty Pig’s menu offers housemade charcuterie, handmade pasta and Neapolitan style pizza. Beverage offerings include an old world-focused wine list, a large rotating beer selection and a cordials focused cocktail list. The Salty Pig is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

The FOH Manager is responsible for the hiring, onboarding, and long term training/education of the front of house team. Other responsibilities may include scheduling, guest outreach, reservation management, and more. Applicants should be solutions oriented, passionate about food and beverage, and thrive in a team environment.
