Learn to Make Middle Eastern Sweets

Learn to make some Middle Eastern-inspired treats that will feel a little extra sweet on Thursday, May 2nd during a special baking class at Sofra with Maura Kilpatrick. The acclaimed pastry chef will walk you through how to make three Sweet Treasures of the Middle East, including Apricot Halawa and palace bread with thick cream, and even better all of the proceeds will go towards Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer.

Grab tickets here for $150 each; the class is taught demonstration style from 6:00 to 8:30pm, and you’ll get a light, savory meal to eat followed by some sweet bites, plus you’ll get all the recipes (and some leftovers) to take home.
