La Padrona – Boston’s most anticipated opening of 2024 is looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial and hospitable Maître D to join our Hospitality Group.
Job Responsibilities: Hospitality is a relationship business, and to that end, at a Maitre D, you will be building relationships with our guests. You will be anchoring the host desk, walking the dining room, working the front door, all to create an exceptional atmosphere for our guests. You set the tone for hospitality and experience. You will be the primary point of contact for our VIPs and are tasked with creating regulars. You are tasked with running a reservation book flawlessly to maximize the capacity of the restaurant, while making sure that the experience stays perfect.
Our food and beverage menus featurs an authentic journey through the Italy’s regions. We expect the very best from ourselves and that commitment to excellence translates in our product.
Previous experience in a High Volume Customer Service Role is required.
