The Tip Tap Room – Servers

The Tip Tap Room, located in historical Beacon Hill is looking for servers! The Tip Tap Room boasts garage door windows that open floor to ceiling to give an outdoor vibe in an indoor environment. They have 36 rotating craft beers on draft daily as well as a food menu that they modify often. They are known for their large selections of “Tips” on their food menu as well as their large tap selection, however they also have a vast cocktail menu and wine selection.

The ideal candidate will have a positive personality, passion, organizational skills and a desire to continue to improve and thrive in this industry. The restaurant currently has a dedicated team that hones in on attention to detail and they are looking for someone with a love for hospitality. The servers pool tips and give a tip out percentage to the bar and support staff based on the cumulative pool. This means that they all work together! You will have your own assigned section however, it is everyone’s responsibility to RUN ALL food and drinks as soon as they are ready, regardless if it is your assigned section.

Responsibilities include attending pre-meals before each shift starting at 4:45pm (sharp) for dinner shifts, keeping up with product knowledge being present on the floor at all times, maintaining clean and neat sections, keeping up with running side work and ensuring all end of shift side work is completed before stepping off the floor. Shifts include opening, closing, weekends, brunch & holidays (except for Thanksgiving & Christmas).

Preferably looking for full time candidates with flexible schedules.
