The Hourly Oyster House is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead their kitchen team in Harvard Square. They are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, responsible applicant with a genuine love of local food as well as an eagerness to learn new skills. Responsibilities include supervising production, expediting service, recording inventory, ordering product, training staff, and scheduling.
