Coppa – Sous Chef

James Beard Award Winning Chef, Ken Oringer is looking for a Sous Chef at his Italian Enoteca, Coppa in Boston’s South End.. The Coppa menu focuses on pasta, small pallets and wood-fired pizza. The style is inventive while respecting the classics. The ingredients are carefully selected. Fresh local produce, imported Italian products and rare ingredients from around the world all have their place on the Coppa menu.

We are looking for highly motivated candidates. People who genuinely love to cook, take direction well, are confident in what they know and excited to learn more about what they don’t. Candidates should be able to read and follow recipes, have good knife skills, can maintain cleanliness and overall operations according to the health department. They should take pride in the quality of food and want to uphold restaurant standards. The position requires at least 3 years of line cook experience. Come cook a great menu and work within a kitchen culture that embraces fun, creativity, accountability and education.
