Bistro du Midi – Pastry Sous Chef

Overlooking the Public Garden, Bistro du Midi is a perennial Boston favorite, often named one of the city’s most romantic restaurants. Under the direction of Chef/Partner, Robert Sisca and Executive Pastry Chef, Tab Volpe, we are looking for are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic culinary professional with a passion for pastries, baked goods, and genuine hospitality. Applicants should have at least 2 years of professional baking experience and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. This individual will work alongside the Executive Chefs to lead the Pastry department, develop new menus, and sustain a successful baking and pastry program.
