Pastry Chef Brian Mercury is looking for a full time Pastry Cook/Baker to join the team at The Lexington at Cambridge Crossing! The ideal candidate has a passion for quality product in a fun, fast-paced environment. As a member of the team you will be involved in producing items for all three on-site locations onsite – Cafe Beatrice, The Lexington & Geppetto, which makes a variety of sweet items from laminated doughs to plated desserts. We are looking for candidates who are looking to grow as we grow and help continue to strengthen our skills as a bakery team.
