Restaurateur Garrett Harker, best known for Eastern Standard, Island Creek Oyster Bar and The Hawthorne, is once again bringing enlightened hospitality and high energy operations to the Fenway neighborhood. Eastern Standard Kitchen and Drinks has returned to the Boston restaurant scene and is looking for a talented full-time or part-time baker/pasta maker to round out the bakery team going into the Spring.

Are you excited by fresh milled flour? Does thinking about fermentation keep you up at night? Are you versed in classic baking techniques? Do you have experience making fresh pasta? Do you thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment? Can you communicate effectively and thoughtfully with fellow co-workers? Do you just like the thrill of the interview?
