We are looking for a motivated baristas that meet the following:
- Passionate about all things coffee + tea
- Strives to provide an exceptional experience to our guests

- Takes pride in their job
- Has great attention to detail
- Sense of urgency – works quickly + efficiently
- Familiar with current coffee + specialty tea trends and wants to learn more and develop their craft
- 1 plus years barista experience preferred with knowledge of manual espresso preparation
- Availability to work a mix of AM and PM shifts. Saturday and Sundays a must

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages
- Prepare sandwiches and other food items while ensuring quality and consistency
- Operate the POS system efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.
