What You Will Do:
- Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate guests
- Ability to thrive in high pressure environments
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu and be able to properly describe food and beverage items to guests
- Maintain a flawless presence pertaining to Maple Hospitality Group uniform and hygiene standards
- Communicate and report on guests experiences both negative and positive
- Read guests and deliver custom experiences based on your personality
- Be a true team player — communicate with and support the team at all times
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year serving experience in an upscale, high volume restaurant
- A professional, friendly personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, wine and spirits knowledge is a plus
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
- Exudes confidence and takes pride in their personal style and appearance
- A genuine passion for the craft of service
Compensation Details
- Compensation: Hourly ($6.75) plus tips
