We are seeking experienced, hospitality-driven servers who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, genuine, and attentive service to every guest
- Guide guests through food, wine, cocktail, and dessert selections
- Maintain detailed menu knowledge and communicate specials effectively
- Work collaboratively with managers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences
- Uphold Sonsie’s high standards of service and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
