Exciting new restaurant from James Beard best chef, Tony Messina and Star Chefs rising star nominee Patrick Lipscomb, Common Craft’s mission is to shine a spotlight on the craftspeople, processes, and products behind the restaurant industry.
At the center of the concept is The Current, a rotating program that highlights a single theme at a time, whether that is a product, tool, place, process, or person. Each Current typically runs four to six weeks and can include custom menus, decor change over, events, educational elements, and original content that brings the theme to life.
In addition, there is a second experience within the space built around cocktail craft called The Stillroom. It’s a completely different environment than the main dining room. Rather than leaning into a traditional speakeasy vibe, we have designed it to be brighter and greener, putting botanicals, garnishes, and the ingredients we love front and center.
