
James Beard Winner Ken Oringer‘s restaurant UNI, currently helmed by Executive Chef David Bazirgan, is looking to add a full-time bartender to the team who can also flex and work some shifts on the dining room floor as well. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine, strong communication and organization skills, the ability to balance a fast-paced environment and superior service and weekday availability.
