Zurito is a high-energy Basque-inspired restaurant and bar located in Beacon Hill, focused on pintxos, vibrant hospitality and a dynamic dining experience. As we head into our busiest season, we’re looking to add both seasonal and full-time servers to our team.
We’re seeking hospitality-driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering memorable guest experiences.
Servers at Zurito are responsible for creating a seamless and engaging experience for every guest. This role requires strong knowledge of food and beverage, confidence in guiding guests through the menu, and the ability to execute service with precision and personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service from first greet to final check
- Guide guests through a Basque-inspired menu, including pintxos, cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Execute steps of service with consistency in a high-volume setting
- Maintain strong menu knowledge, including daily features and beverage pairings
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timing and accuracy
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining poise and attention to detail
- Accurately input orders and process payments using POS systems
- Complete opening/closing duties and maintain clean, organized service stations
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume, hospitality-driven restaurant preferred
- Strong communication skills and a polished, confident presence on the floor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Interest in Spanish cuisine, wine, and cocktail culture is a plus
