Baleia and Comfort Kitchen are teaming up for a tasty Collaboration Dinner on Wednesday, June 24th. Chef Andrew Hebert is making some space in the kitchen for a visit from CK’s Sāsha Coleman for a special menu inspired by the cuisines of Portugal, Cape Verde and North Africa. These two go way back to working together at SRV, so it’s going to be a fun homecoming while exploring how different food traditions influence and inspire one another.
Dinner kicks off at 6:30pm at the SOWA spot with passed nibbles and a welcome cocktail before sitting down for plated courses at 7:00pm. Tickets are available via Resy, and this dinner is most likely going to sell out so snag ‘em while you can.
