Many winemakers make great wine, but the real ones like Paul Hobbs change the game. Check out some of the legendary vintner’s greatest hits at Davio’s in the Seaport on Wednesday, June 24th at 6:00pm. Chefs Rodney Murillo and Andres Tavares are pulling out all the stops for a five-course feast matched with bottles from Hobbs’ namesake Sebastopol, California winery, starting with luxe passed bites like tuna tartare tacos and oysters with Osetra caviar before moving into limoncello butter prawns, sweet corn tortelloni with Maine lobster, and a 55-day aged prime strip steak. Take a spin through the menu below and get a load of the wine pairings, including 2022 Pinot Noir, Goldrock Estate and 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon, Coombsville.

Hobbs (for those who don’t already know) worked on the original Opus One team, and helped turn Argentine Malbec into a global favorite, so this one’s going to be a real treat.
