
Leo’s Restaurant & Events is seeking experienced Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, craft cocktails, wine, and delivering memorable guest experiences. This position requires professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to work in a high-volume upscale setting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with consistency and precision
- Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain extensive knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items
- Manage bar inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
- Support restaurant operations and team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
