Responsibilities include running food, clearing and resetting tables efficiently, ensuring proper table settings, maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining room and service stations, stocking stations during service, providing coffee, tea, and water service, assisting guests, performing side work, and bussing dishes and silverware. The Assistant Captain works closely with the service team to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and coworkers.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of fine dining experience, are team-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to outstanding service.
