Georgia may be the birthplace of wine, but its bottles don’t often find their way onto Boston-area dinner tables. On Wednesday, July 8th, sommelier/co-owner Stan Hilbert and the crew at Few & Far are giving guests the chance to explore the country’s centuries-old winemaking traditions during the Georgia Wine Dinner, hosted by importer Kosta Chernikov.
Throughout the evening, Chernikov will share stories about Georgia’s winemakers, vineyards and distinctive wine culture as diners enjoy three courses paired with wines that showcase the country’s historic winemaking traditions.
Dinner cost $65 per person and reservations must be made through the Georgia Wine Dinner event on Resy rather than as a standard reservation, as the kitchen prepares a limited number of dinners specifically for the event. Book your spot asap to be among the lucky diners to get this guided tour of Georgian wines.
