Chef Tong Lee of Somaek is joining Chef Kenta Katagai behind the hinoki wood counter at Sushi @ Temple Records on Thursday, July 16th for a one-night omakase collaboration between the two Downtown Crossing sister restaurants. The cooperative dinner brings together the flavors of Korea and Japan in an intimate multi-course format.

Tickets are $145 each and you can reserve your seat online here for either the 6:00pm or 8:30pm seating. Definitely plan on getting there on time – it’s a timed dinner, so you’ll want to enjoy the full progression through all nine courses from start to finish.
