Lucky Stars Bakehouse – Baker

Lucky Stars Bakehouse is a new artisan, gluten-free bakery. We have developed exceptional breads and baked goods — with beautiful textures and bold flavors, that people will choose because it’s delicious, not because they have to. We have plans for retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer distribution and are building our launch team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production & Baking

  • Lead daily GF production: breads, cookies, bars
  • Execute recipes with consistency and quality control
  • Manage prep, schedules, and workflow

Kitchen & Operations

  • Ingredient sourcing & inventory management
  • Minimize waste and manage production costs

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

  • 3+ years professional baking experience and/or Professional Culinary degree
  • Gluten-free experience or strong aptitude to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • Strong organizational & time-management skills
  • Works independently; problem-solves in real time
  • Early mornings; lift 50 lbs; stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable in evolving startup environment

Preferred

  • Dedicated gluten-free facility experience
  • Recipe scaling (small batch → production)
  • Leadership or training experience
  • ServSafe certification
