Lucky Stars Bakehouse is a new artisan, gluten-free bakery. We have developed exceptional breads and baked goods — with beautiful textures and bold flavors, that people will choose because it’s delicious, not because they have to. We have plans for retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer distribution and are building our launch team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Baking
- Lead daily GF production: breads, cookies, bars
- Execute recipes with consistency and quality control
- Manage prep, schedules, and workflow
Kitchen & Operations
- Ingredient sourcing & inventory management
- Minimize waste and manage production costs
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 3+ years professional baking experience and/or Professional Culinary degree
- Gluten-free experience or strong aptitude to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Strong organizational & time-management skills
- Works independently; problem-solves in real time
- Early mornings; lift 50 lbs; stand for extended periods
- Comfortable in evolving startup environment
Preferred
- Dedicated gluten-free facility experience
- Recipe scaling (small batch → production)
- Leadership or training experience
- ServSafe certification
