Osteria Vivo, located on the South Shore in Pembroke, is accepting candidates for Sous Chef and Line Cooks! Known for pairing a fresh and modern approach to Italian cooking while staying true to the warmth and soul of tradition, Osteria Vivo serves food that feels authentic yet alive, a reflection of both Italy’s regional diversity and the restaurant’s New England roots.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4-5 years of kitchen experience, including time in a leadership role
  • Strong cooking skills, knowledge of various cooking methods and equipment, and experience with restaurant software programs.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, communicate effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation, and knowledge of food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently, maintain a clean workspace, and follow recipes and instructions accurately
