Looking for an Executive Chef for a Boston restaurant serving lunch, brunch and dinner, with indoor and outdoor dining. The ideal applicant is passionate about food, detail-oriented, and hard working. They will be excited to captain a team that, on a day-in and day-out basis, seeks out superior products, works to highlight their authenticity, and teaches one another the best techniques. Exploration of different cuisines and ingredients should be of paramount importance, along with a thirst for knowledge and a drive to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Candidates must be strong, positive leaders with excellent communication skills, and able to constructively handle challenges. The Executive Chef must also have full understanding of kitchen financials, such as maintaining inventory, costing, proper ordering, and staffing levels.
Qualified candidates will have at least three years of kitchen management experience, multilingual applicants preferred.
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be flexible, with availability to work all shifts. Salary is 75-100k commensurate with experience, with benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, potential bonuses, dining discounts, and possible relocation package. EOE/AA
