
Plat Du Jour Bistro at The Wenham Tea House is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Kitchen Manager. The Kitchen manager will work directly with the Executive Chef/Owner and have opportunities to learn, be creative, and grow.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Training and coaching the back of house team
- Working with both front and back of house to reduce food waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulation
- Successfully executing a busy and exciting meal service
- Assisting with supervising & managing all aspects of the kitchen and production of all items
- Ideal candidates are self motivated, well organized, have a commitment to excellence. While keeping with our standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness.
