Spoke Wine Bar is looking for a full-time (4 days a week) COOK to join our small team (and space)! The position will be primarily service-focused, giving the opportunity to focus on time and space management skills within the context of thoughtful and detailed food (read: turn and burn will not fly here).
Professional kitchen experience is preferred but not required, but familiarity with and curiosity about ingredients, and techniques is encouraged- we are all here to educate and improve ourselves professionally while providing a positive and supportive environment that aims to leave you feeling fulfilled about the products and experience we provide to guests.
We offer competitive pay and are looking to fill an approximate 9 hr/day shift, (4 days/week) leaving time for that elusive work-life balance.

Pay will be determined based on experience. We are a small team where you will work hands on with your chef. This role can be great for someone who really wants to learn or someone experienced who wants to work in a tight knit team and know that you can take part in a guests every meal being great.
