Back Bay Social Club, a high-volume, energetic restaurant in the Back Bay area, is seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team. We are searching for a hands-on professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of a busy, full-service restaurant.
- Lead and develop the front-of-house team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and training.
- Monitor financial performance, including cost controls and sales growth initiatives.
- Uphold a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.
- Partner with the culinary team to maintain quality and consistency of food and beverage programs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume concept.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
