Formaggio Kitchen is looking for a full-time Baker! This is a full-time position with potential to grow with Formaggio Kitchen.
Our bakers generally start their day at 4am.
Our baker is responsible for:
- Completing the morning bake-off including making scones, baking croissants and muffins
- Producing our bakery staples such as bread pudding, seasonal crisps, cookies, brownies, granola, and more.
- Collaborating with our head baker with recipe testing and ideas
- Assisting in putting away deliveries
- Helping maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
Qualifications:
- Some baking experience is required
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude are a must
- This is a very physically demanding position. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
