La Petite Maison is coming to Boston — and we’re building the floor team that will define the guest experience from day one.
As a Server at LPM, you’ll be the face of the table: guiding guests through our French-Mediterranean menu, recommending our signature dishes, and making sure every course lands at the right moment. This is hands-on, guest-facing hospitality — not just order-taking.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Guide guests through the LPM concept — sharing plates, our approach to product, our signature dishes
- Deliver attentive, warm, polished service from greeting to check
- Keep your tables running smoothly — timing, cleanliness, communication with the kitchen
- Build genuine guest relationships and represent the LPM spirit on the floor
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
- Strong product knowledge instincts — or hunger to build it fast
- Confident, warm communicator who thrives under pressure
- Team player who takes pride in the details
