Spice lovers unite! And mark your calendars for Sunday, July 26th. Chef Keith Sarasin of Aatma at Widowmaker is teaming up with Barkha Cardoz for a one-night-only dinner celebrating Sindhi flavors, family recipes and the legacy of chef Floyd Cardoz.
Cardoz is the Managing Member of Cardoz Legacy, which oversees the media, business and collaborations celebrating the work of her late husband, chef Floyd Cardoz, formerly of Paowalla in NYC and executive chef at Tabla, as well as the winner of of Top Chef Masters Season 3 in 2011. You’ll get a taste of the Cardoz Legacy starting at 5:00pm, including crispy pakoras, fragrant curries, sweet carrot halwa, signature masalas and more, as well as recipes from her cookbook With Love & Masalas.
