
The Salty Pig is looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join their team!
At The Salty Pig, our menu highlights housemade charcuterie, antipasti, and pizza. Behind the bar, we offer creative, playful cocktails, a value driven wine list, and a rotating mix of domestic and imported beers.
Since opening in 2011, we have prided ourselves on being a welcoming and fun place to work. Service here is fast-paced, so teamwork and a supportive attitude are essential. Our front and back of house teams collaborate closely and work cross-functionally to consistently exceed our guests’ expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef
- Oversee, coach, and support sous chefs and the BOH team
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality, cleanliness, and organization
- Contribute dishes and ideas to seasonal menus and specials
- Manage ordering, inventory, and product quality
- Be a consistent, motivating presence on the line during service

- Strong culinary skills with a creative edge
- Ability to manage people, pace, and quality under pressure
- Clear and respectful communication with all departments
