If you’ve been waiting for a reason to get all glammed up this season, the Raf’s pop-up at Raffles Boston is officially giving you the go ahead. From Wednesday, July 15th through Sunday, July 19th, the chic-as-heck New York eatery is bringing its signature French-Italian cuisine and fashion-forward cocktails to Back Bay for a real see-and-be-seen situation.

By day, Café Pastel is serving up some of Raf’s fan-favorite pastries, including an Orange Marmalade Croissant and Baci di Dama cookies (they’ll also definitely still have the hotel’s beloved Donut of the Week, btw). At night, the pop-up heads to Long Bar & Terrace for a three-night dinner takeover featuring Raf’s signature dishes, including Tuna Crudo, Chicken Liver Agnolotti, Whole Dorade and a Dry-Aged Côte de Boeuf for Two, all paired with sips like Zaffri’s Tini with mahon, saffron and Cocchi Americano, the Manhattan Special with vodka, espresso, mint and Baladin Spuma, and Together Forever, a blend of gin, elderflower, Lucano limoncello and grapefruit.

This limited-edition mashup is part of an exclusive global Raf’s x Raffles collaboration, and it will almost certainly sell out so grab your reservations online ASAP. The Café Pastel takeover happens Wednesday the 15th through Sunday the 19th from 6:30am to 2:00pm Wednesday through Saturday, and 7:00am to 2:00pm on Sunday. The Long Bar & Terrace event happens from Wednesday the 15th through Friday the 17th, from 5:00 to 11:00pm each night.
