Chef and Owner Jeff Cincotta, who is behind Molinaris & Ravello Italian Kitchen, has opened his third restaurant, Zocca Cucina Italiano, in the heart of Dedham Square. Join our team at a busy, high-volume Italian restaurant where everything is made from scratch. We’re looking for an experienced, dependable Line Cook who takes pride in preparing quality food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and works well as part of a team.

Position: Full-Time Line Cook
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of every dish.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while meeting ticket times.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Practice proper food handling, storage, labeling, and temperature control.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and cleaning duties as needed.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.
- Remain flexible and assist wherever needed during busy service.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience is required.
- Experience in Italian cuisine is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
