Requirements:
- Previous salad station experience in a high-volume restaurant is required
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in presentation
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
